  • Our mission is to truly help you reach your skincare goals through treatments, at-home products and techniques that align with your goals, budget and lifestyle. I work with clients of all ages, incomes and abilities, so we can provide you a customized, scientifically-backed treatment plan to achieve the skin of your dreams with all of the products you need, and none of the products you don’t.

General

  • Find out about all the treatments we offer here.

  • We recommend booking an appointment every 28 days (once a month) to align with the typical cell turnover rate. However, we understand that every client’s needs and situation are different, so we will recommend an interval to you in your treatment plan.

  • We currently offer BioRePeel, Exceed™ Microneedling and Chemical Peels. To learn more about each one, click here.

  • Absolutely! We are expertly trained to work with clients of all types, including women that may be pregnant or nursing. Be sure to mention this when you book and at your appointment.

  • We recommend waiting a minimum of four weeks to book a treatment after receiving fillers, injectables, microneedling, laser, or other skin treatments.

Treatments

  • All orders placed for pickup will be available by the next business day. All orders placed for shipping will shop within three business days.

  • We currently only ship within the United States and its territories, but we hope to offer international shipping soon!

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

  • If you product is missing or damaged, please contact us here.

Shipping

  • Book a facial here.

  • We keep every client’s card information on file in case of no-show’s or cancellations. Your card will not be charged until we’ve completed your treatment unless you choose to pay in advance when booking. If you have a giftcard, your credit card will only be charged for any remaining balance after your giftcard has been charged for service.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, and also offer payment via Apple Pay and Afterpay/Clearpay.

Booking

  • Lightly used products are eligible for return within 30 days after your order has been delivered or picked up for store credit. This credit can be used to purchase a new product or toward facial services. Unopened products is eligible for return and full refund within 30 days after your prder has been delivered.

  • For changes to any order, please contact us here.

  • For all returns, please email hello@skinbytaylor.co and we will send you a return label!

  • You can expect your refund, depending on your bank, 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
